Revitalizing Lawn Program

Our Revitalizing Lawn Program works to correct and condition your soil to create a healthy, thriving lawn naturally. Our 100% organic fertility program provides your lawn with the essential nutrients and minerals it requires to be healthy and strong throughout the growing season.

Applications include our exclusive living, biological SafeTea™ with specialized inoculants, organic soil conditioners, root builders, and special slow release organic fertilizers.

This program is designed to balance the soil for the needs of grass plants not weeds and pests. Pest problems are monitored and treatments are applied if necessary, and billed accordingly.

Comprehensive Lawn Program

Our full soil conditioning and pest management program. It includes all the applications in our Revitalizing Program, as well  as many of our “Optional Services” listed below.

Pest management that is needed during the season is applied, at no additional charge. We manage the soil fertility and include additional applicaitons of our SafeTea to help jumpstart your soil ecosystem faster.

Spring Patch Seeding

Although fall is the best time to get new grass established, bare spots in spring are typically overwhelmed with weeds by summer. Fast germinating seed along with our compost blend helps ward off weeds and keep them from taking over. This service is offered for up 25% of the lawn. Extensive bare areas should have a more thorough seeding done.

Surface Insect and Disease Management Program

Surface Insect Management includes treatments for common lawn pests such chinch bug, sod webworm, and cutworm. Lawn diseases are managed using various cultural techniques and organic fungicides if needed. Our specialists work with customers to properly care for the lawn in ways to avoid disease problems, and if needed corrective treatments are needed they work on eliminating the cause for the following season.

Weed Management Program

Our Organic Weed Management program includes mechanical and cultural control of weeds. We test new organic weed products as they come into to the market. Some are showing real promise in reducing weed populations. For properties with extremely difficult weed problems, we do offer our 911 Program which allows two spot treatments of non-organic materials, at the request of the homeowner. We will not blanket spray or apply preventative pesticides.
